MDF Sponsorship Proposal · Spain · First Edition · 2026–2027
A 6-city premium executive event series — turning network sustainability into enterprise security conversations and qualified hardware pipeline across Spain's key business hubs.
01 · The Technology
ZeroNet IT has developed a sensorless energy monitoring platform that plugs into any enterprise network without hardware installation. It makes the invisible visible: revealing how every device consumes energy, when, and why. From that data, ZeroNet extracts two classes of insight that are directly relevant to Cisco's security and infrastructure portfolio.
ZeroNet maps energy consumption across the full network stack — switches, APs, endpoints — with no agents, no sensors, and no hardware changes. The platform works with existing Cisco infrastructure from day one.
New feature. Detects Shadow AI, data exfiltration, and crypto-mining through energy anomaly signatures — before traditional security tools raise an alert. A device running an unauthorised LLM or exfiltrating data at 3am has a measurable energy fingerprint. ZeroNet catches it.
New feature. Converts each network device's energy profile into a resilience and security score. Identifies legacy hardware that is both an energy liability and a security vulnerability — creating a direct, data-driven business case for a Cisco infrastructure refresh.
02 · The Programme
Following the success of a pilot event in Valencia — "The Energy Asset: How to turn consumption into security and operational resilience" — Cisco, Telefónica, and ZeroNet are launching a joint national Roadshow series across Spain for 2026–2027.
Enterprise IT teams face simultaneous pressure to cut energy costs, meet ESG mandates, and defend against AI-driven threats. This conversation is happening now — and Cisco needs to be in the room.
CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and Infrastructure Directors — hand-picked, personally invited, and pre-qualified against Cisco and Telefónica's joint target account lists. No mass marketing. Pure ABM.
ZeroNet's sensorless energy monitoring reveals how legacy networks waste energy and expose security risks — creating a natural, data-driven entry point for Cisco infrastructure upgrade conversations.
03 · Event Format
Every city runs the same proven structure: a joint executive briefing in the morning — led by Cisco, Telefónica, and ZeroNet — followed by an exclusive premium networking experience in the afternoon. ZeroNet handles all logistics end-to-end.
04 · City-by-City Plan
Each city targets a specific Cisco vertical and regional enterprise cluster. December is excluded. Every edition is anchored to a major industry event where decision-makers are already present.
05 · Why Cisco
This is not a brand awareness campaign. Every session is engineered to surface specific hardware upgrade opportunities at named accounts — and hand them directly to Cisco Account Managers within 72 hours.
Energy audits quantify the waste from legacy switches and translate it into a euro-based business case for upgrading to Cisco Catalyst and Meraki — at each specific account.
ZeroNet's sensorless monitoring completes Cisco's Full-Stack Observability vision — adding the granular energy layer to ThousandEyes, Catalyst Center, and Cisco Spaces.
Engage Telefónica's enterprise sales force and premium accounts in 6 key regional markets — concentrating Cisco's reach in one coordinated, co-branded campaign.
06 · Outcomes & Pipeline
For the full series, we commit to delivering these metrics directly to Cisco Account Managers within 72 hours of each event — pre-qualified, documented, and ready to action.
07 · Sponsorship Request
We are requesting full sponsorship through Cisco's MDF (Marketing Development Funds) or Cisco's Global Strategic Co-Marketing programs to fund the complete 6-city series.
08 · Next Steps
The partnership between Cisco, Telefónica, and ZeroNet is already in motion. Here is how we formalise it into a joint programme that creates measurable value for all three parties.
Identify the right Cisco funding vehicle — MDF, Global Co-Marketing, or a joint Business Development budget — and align on timeline for the September 2026 kick-off.
Align regional target lists with Cisco's priority accounts before each city's event date — maximising pipeline relevance and attendance quality from day one.
Appoint Cisco technical and commercial leads to co-present the Executive Briefing in each city — starting with Málaga in September 2026.
Process the funding request and green-light the full Sept 2026 → Mar 2027 series. ZeroNet starts production immediately upon confirmation.
